Course Registration
If you would like to subscribe to an AQEM e-Learning
course, please contact AQEM via the “Contact Us” link
at the top right corner of this page (or phone AQEM at 734-320-1589).
Subscription Process:

Identify the course or courses that you
would like to take

Identify the day you would like to begin
taking the course

Contact AQEM to provide the following subscription
information:
Your Name
E-mail address
Phone number
Company Name (if applicable)
Mailing Address
Course or courses that you plan to take
Day to begin taking the course
Your method of payment, e.g., company purchase order, certified
check, money order, or personal check. (Payments must be mailed
to AQEM. Credit cards and on-line payments are not accepted
at this time.)

AQEM provides you with an ID and password
for use on the AQEM e-Learning Student Login page.

Once your payment is received and processed
(usually within 24 hours after it is received), AQEM will
activate your ID and password and will notify you via the
e-mail address submitted that your subscription has been activated.
You can then immediately access the training program. Your
subscription time does not begin until the first time that
you login to the specific training program (or on the 10th
day after AQEM activates your ID and password).
If your company or organization has multiple
personnel in a number of different locations that need to take
one or more of the AQEM e-Learning courses, please contact AQEM
regarding the enterprise-wide corporate program.
